2. Fitter Technician: 2 to 8 years in Injectable Plant Maintenance (Injectable Glass Vial Ampule)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Officer/Executive:

• Injectable Plant Maintenance
• Document preparation (SOPs, Investigation Reports, Deviations, CCNs, NCR/CAPA)
• Machine installation and commissioning (IQ, OQ, PQ)
• Internal and regulatory audits
• Team leadership and collaboration
• Areas of Excellence: Breakdown Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, PLC & SCADA, Machine Automation, Scheduling & Planning, Instrument Calibration, Project Handling, Utility Management, Water Systems, QMS.

2. Fitter Technician:

• Plant Maintenance
• Vial Washing
• Machine Maintenance
• Breakdown Handling

Required Skills:

• Technical expertise in plant maintenance (specific to each role)
• Document compliance
• Audit management
• Teamwork and leadership
• Proficiency in PLC, SCADA, and machine automation
